Abundant Graze, affiliated with ACH Healthcare, was created to provide high-quality care and supported living services for young people and adults. Building on ACH Healthcare’s experience in the sector, we are expanding into our own supported living accommodations, with our first homes now established in Milton Keynes, Bucks, and Takeley, Essex.
Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment for young people aged 16 to 18 as they move from care into semi-independent living. Many have faced emotional or social challenges, and we help them build confidence, stability, and essential life skills.
Through a structured three-tier model, Intensive, Intermediate, and Semi-Independent support, we offer consistent guidance from the same dedicated team. Each young person is welcomed by a Key Worker who takes time to understand their needs and preferences, helping them grow towards adulthood with the right balance of care and independence. Adults and young people are supported in separate homes suited to their specific needs.
