Full job description

As a Health Care Assistant at Abundant Graze, you’ll provide personal and practical care to clients in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily routines, offer companionship, and ensure every individual receives the respect and support they deserve.

Responsibilities

Support clients with personal care and hygiene
Assist with meals, medication, and light household tasks
Promote comfort, independence, and wellbeing
Record and report client progress accurately
Communicate clearly with families and colleagues

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in care or similar role preferred
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
DBS check and right to work in the UK required
Kind, reliable, and patient with excellent communication skills
